What's the process involved to ship each order:

1) Each mandarin is carefully hand-cut. Trees are covered in thorns and typically we are working next to the bees that are busy pollenating for the next harvest.
2) We have a 3-step washing/rising/drying process
3) Select mandarins, prepare and pack each box for shipping
4) Next day, drop it off at the Post Office for 2-day Priority Shipping
